I'll try to answer your questions:
1) flash sync speed
All lenses for the Koni-Omega are synchronized for flash bulbs or
electronic flash at all speeds (build-in central shutter).
2) lenses made for Koni-Omega
There are existing only four lenses. The 90mm normal lens, the wide angle
lens 58mm or 60mm with optical viewer, the rare and expansive (!) 135mm
tele lens and the 180mm tele lens. All lenses have build-in shutters. You

3) best source to buy
Hard to answer these question. Try out ebay auction with the search string
(konica,koni,rapid) (omega,omegon,press) and you'll see the actual ebay
offer.
