Wait a minute Dante. Two questions. First which backs? If they are the Rapid backs they have the release lock in the center which is covered by (usually) a spring loaded window that flips up to get at the release.
These couple with the metal magazine front and are the same as the complete unit you would use for a Rapid M or 200.
However, if you have a Koni-Omega Rapid it is a very different story. These backs are unique to that camera. They are a bit smaller and squarer and have a separate film reminder holder located to the side of the release.
