Frame spacing with a 120 back on a KOM Rapid-M

Hi all

I have just got back from the developers, a roll of film shot through my too-
little-used KOM Rapid-M.

Instead of 10 nicely spaced exposures, I have 12, and some overlap a little.

So instead of having 6x8 trannies, some are more like 2¼ x 2¼.

I'd welcome some discussion and information on this phenomenon (more
accurately, problem), so I can sort it out.
